I ordered food and a coffee off my online app this morning & was charged for my order. When I went to pick up my order the store... was closed even though I was able to order & get charged. The store showed to be open online and the app. I waited for 15minutes before I finally pulled up to the window to realize the lights were off and no one was there. Dunkin said they wouldreimburse me for my order but, I would like to see a little more initiative to make this right & to prevent it from happeningagain! Was given someone else?s mobile order so I went to try and get my correct order. The door was locked so I went through the drive... thru and waited for over 20 minutes and wasn?t helped at the intercom. There was no body else in line or at the window in frontof me. I even tried calling the store and driving up to the actual window. I wasn?t helped and left without my correct order. Read more
Mediocre at best. Completely understaffed! Drive-thru takes priority so don't plan on being waited on quickly if you go inside.... Quality of our purchases was poor. Frozen coffee wasn't frozen? Cold latte was warm... just very disappointed ?? Read more
This particular place is hit or miss. Today a miss. Coffee tasted burnt so I would say they need to clean the pots or make fresh... coffee. Light and sweet was not light and sweet. Donuts were okay. Service was good and that's always a plus. Read more
So bad. Ordered a to go at 4:07 and it went through and they charged me. Immediately went there and saw a worker and asked him.... Not apologetic for closing 4 hours early and had zero explanation after telling me they threw every order away. Horriblecustomer service and whoever manages this place needs to figure it out.
