They were out of mocha at least 2 days in a row. It?s a coffee shop, how? Then they forgot my cold foam on my drink that I paid... extra for. The employee literally handed me my drink and just walked away, didn?t say bye have a good day or anything. I justthink Dunkin really needs to train their employees better, better customer service. And work on keeping a better inventory, Ifeel they?re out of something often. Read more
I would give this DD a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. I waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru today after... the person working the drive thru asked me to "Hold on for a second." Ten minutes later, still nothing. Worst dunken I ever! literally nothing ever works the "Ovens are down" or "The blenders don't work" about 80% of the time and... when they do work they don't blend the ice down like in the photo literally waiting on ice to melt right now, yet when I try tocall before driving there the phone rings once, then it doesn't work.. Dunkin needs a new owner at this location because I'm notgoing there anymore, it's a waste of my time and money. Read more

You will definitely be late and have nothing you ordered after spending almost 40 minutes in drive-thru. I wouldn't have even... waited that long but I got blocked in because of the drive thru line being wrapped around the building and I was only the 5thcar in line. I always get iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts and I'm already used to every DD making it differently but honestlyMcDonald's is half the price is actually made consistently at every McDonald's and tastes 100x better. Went by the Murrayville location an hour ago. Placed my order. Even gave them a good tip. I drove away from the window not... wanting to hold up the customers that were behind me. Took a sip of my coffee. No sugar at all. I ordered 4/4. I evenasked the girl at the window, if she put in the sugar because I saw her fill up the cup with the coffee as well as add the creambut I did not see her add any sugar. She said ?YES?! I drove right back around. Told her my situation. She said ?I can?t takethe cup back.? I guess it was my fault she didn?t give me my cup of coffee as I requested & paid for. She hands me a small cupfilled about 1/4 full of nothing but sugar. Nothing to stir it with. I asked for a stir. She handed it to me & shut thewindow fast & just stared at me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst most horrible ever dd to exist. Don?t bother getting water either. They charge 1.00 per cup. They are incompetent and... slow. Their management is the worst ever and this dd should be shut down from the ignorance that goes on here. Slow, rude, andnot managed really at all. Food overpriced for junk, coffee always taste like water. And all they want is your money fordisguising stuff they call food. Don?t bother coming here unless you want pee sink water when you ask for a water and watereddown coffee grounds for coffee. And also a little hygiene wouldn?t hurt. Read more
Iced coffee was so sweet it was inedible. What made it worse, was the fact that this was before the half inch of sugar at the... bottom was mixed in.
