One of the better experiences at Dunkin. Ordered my regular Caramel Macchiato Heavy cream. Spiced it up and got it iced. It was... pretty good I mean not coffee shop quality but for a sugary coffee drink surprising I liked it. You could taste the roastedespresso and salted caramel. Service stinks .I made my order waited for 15 minutes then asked if the order would be ready anytime soon ... The excuse was... oh it didn't come out on their end . Then I asked if they put bacon on the bagels which I paid for lady got an attitude said ohyou wanted bacon not so much as I'm sorry it took so long .if people would stay off the phone maybe orders would get done .Will not be back !!!! Have been to this location 3 times now that I?ve had to pull out of line after waiting 10-15 minutes. Today I was told any food,... bagel, muffin, wraps, would take 10 minutes as they are now ?made to order?. This is an unacceptable ask from a drive thru, takefood off the menu if you can?t keep up. Every time I mobile order they try to give me someone else?s order at the window. Every time I order a croissant with only egg... they put cheese on it whether I mobile order it or order at the window. The staff isn?t friendly like 95% of the time, whichwouldn?t be a big deal if I had a smooth experience. Read more
