We ordered two pizzas. They sent us the wrong order. It had jalapeños on it so couldn?t even make due. When we called back to... tell them they gave us the wrong order; they actually tried to just convince us to get a credit instead of making our orderright. Now it?s been over an hour and still do not have or corrected pizzas. They should of moved us to the top of the listsince they messed up and yet we are still waiting on our dinner at 8:20 that we ordered at 5:45. And now after calling; managerinformed me it?s sitting there and she?s not sure why no one has took it out. So now my pizza for my son?s birthday party isfinally on the way although it?s been sitting there. This was a complete disappointment. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE with a BirthdayParty. Oh, how I miss your stores pizza. I am staying in Asheville and took a chance at my local Domino's with the rating of 2.7 and I... miss you guys/gals so much. The store up here just gave me a undercooked pizza with no garlic crust or sauce on it! If you wouldplease send one of your cooks to the patton avenue Domino's or a manager so the people around here can get some proper pizza. Iam kidding of course, but you can wish can't you? Read more
Tonight we decided to order pizza after a late night at work. We went for the carry out meal deal, pine valley location. Upon... arriving there was one young lady inside and she was totally crushing it. And I don't mean she outshined her other coworkers-she was the other coworkers. She was the ONLY person in the store. While waiting on our food a delivery driver came in with SIXBAGS, dropped them and collected the next SIX bags that our solo kitchen champion had ready and waiting. I'm pretty sure these 2kids were alone all dang night, AND it was *super* busy. I know the girl said she was working OPEN TO CLOSE on top of beingalone and busy! This is amazing dedication from 2 stellar employees who deserve to be treated like humans. I'm disgusted bydominoes for staffing one employee alone, a young female at that. I plan to call corporate to complain about this massive safetyviolation as well as the unfairness and irresponsibility of trying to forve one person to run a whole dominoes ALONE at theonset of season in a tourist town. Not to forget this was a young woman and every other business closes hours prior to thisoccurrence. All 5 of the stars belong to the employees, not the corporate assailed putting them at risk. I seldom write reviews but this deserves absolutely amazing recognition. This review is from a Dominos GM for 8 years in HS,... College and a lil bit here and there ( still the youngest GM of corporate dominos history ???? ). Let me just say, OER wouldrate 10 points for product; it was impeccable. Portioning on point; distributed evenly, no red edges, properly sauced, bake wasperfect and so was the cut. Service was amazing. 18 mins to my door from order time with a 3 min load time and under 10 OTD ona Sat night; truly impressive. Driver was courteous and polite with proper uniform. He brought the sides with the order aswell, nothing smashed as I see y?all don?t use pizza savers. Y?all keep doing what your doing and you?ll see the weekly salesand GP percentages skyrocket. Highly recommend this store to all. Bob Taylor should be proud! Ok to forward this review toany necessary parties. Was invited to birthday party where the host pre-ordered pizza to be delivered at a certain time. The company did not honor... their promise for pizza (product) delivery. The pizza was approximately 2 hours late. The product that they finally deliveredwas horrible. The pizzas were burnt, no cheese and dried out. Domino?s pizza product and their customer service has declined.They no longer care about quality or their brand. This experience has taught me never to depend on Dominos pizza for anyimportant occasion that warrants a good product being delivered. Read more
Did an online order for their Hawaiian (my fav). Was very quick to deliver. However, when I opened up the box everything had... slid to one side. I figured I?d take my chances & call the store. The manager was very kind & offered to deliver a replacementat no cost. Thanks! Read more
My orders have repeatedly been delivered wrong via app ordering (3 times). I called the store this time, asked to use the $23.99... coupon for 2 med 3 topping pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter soda because the app was having issues. I got charged around 40bucks bc the guy over the phone added 6.99 bread twists to my order!!!! Highly upset and not happy with this location.
