Worst experience ever.. tried to call and order and was treated horribly.. the staff was insulting and kept putting me on hold... or hung up on us. Very unprofessional service!!! Placed online order at 6:28pm on Monday 8-15. Said would take 46-56min. The tracker said Quality Control Checked at 6:38. At... 7:40 (we live 15min. away from the store) it still hadn't said it left the store so I tried to call (was on hold for over 20min. Never got through to anyone, I just hung up when the food arrived). The tracker changed to driver left the store at 7:52. Itarrived at 8:10. Almost 2 hrs after it was ordered, and about 1.5 hrs after it said the food came out of the oven. It also waslukewarm at best. This has been a similar experience the past 2-3 times we've ordered from Dominos. This has just been theworst case of it. This repeat situation isn't really worth the free medium pizza that keeps being given to make up for it. Read more

I placed an order and they never delivered it. I called and no one answered. I looked online and they charged me and then... credited my acct. A phone call to say they would not be delivering would of professional. Treat others as you want to betreated. The staff need to understand that if they are so dissatisfied with their current job, then they can pursue employment elsewhere... rather than consistently giving such poor customer service. The delivery driver put dents in my door pounding like he had awarrant, after having to deliver an order that was refunded by the store due to mistaken delivery or sheer negligence - mostlikely the latter. If you dislike your job so much, please seek employment elsewhere instead of taking it out on your customers. Read more

Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza, and cheesy bread. Much appreciated the delivery, and there time. That being said the pie was a... puddle of grease, and my room mate had to walk out to the road then catch him 100 yards past the drive way. Read more

Wish I could give it a negative rating. This is the third time in a row that I order from this location and it?s taken over an... hour for delivery and the order is not accurate either. When you call, not only you wait over 15 mins but then after the wait,you get hung up on. ????. If they cannot deliver, they should not accept orders for delivery. I?m addition, the customerservice is something else to be desired as well. I drove to the store after cancelling the order, to find out that the driverhas not even left the store, after the persons in the store said that he was on his way. I approached the driver (John) andmentioned that I was told he was on his way, and he responded with a very nasty attitude as well. I will never order fromdomino?s ever again. Even though I have 4 free pizzas. The people at this establishment should all be fired and replaced bypeople who know how to run a business. I would definitely fire them on the spot, if I ever saw a review with bad customerservice. They are lucky they do t work for me. Your corporate office as well as the franchise owner should definitely have totake a look at the practices in this store. I am not the only person who has had problems at this store. Now let?s see if thefranchise owner or corporate office even bothers to reply and commence investigating the issues at this store and even contactme. About 15 minutes after ordering online, the website showed our order was in quality check. 45 minutes later it was still in... quality check so I called. Asked for the manager and when he came to the phone he said he was short drivers and it wouldprobably be another hour. That meant my pizza would be over 2 hours old by the time I received it. Totally unacceptable. Iasked why I hadn't been called and told and he said they called some of the customers. I asked for and received a full refund. Read more

I could not recommend this location more - apparently there were some staffing issues tonight and while not ideal, bc it took me... quite awhile to get my pizza, I commend the staff that were working for having such a positive demeanor through it all! I couldhear the stress in their voices (which absolutely broke my heart for them) but they kept working hard to get the orders out /complete! That type of work ethic / positive attitude deserved a 5 star review!! Read more
