4 chicken quesadillas with maybe 1/4 cup of chicken on all of them. One was just straight cheese. It'd be different if we spent... $16 on two trays and got atleast a cup of chicken for 4 all together but this is terrible. Worst cookout i've been too in awhile. Inflation is inevitable but this makes no sense. Read more

I had a hot dog tray. The hot dogs were good and quesadilla side was good. The coleslaw was dry so I didn't eat it. I ordered an... ice tea without sugar but the sweet tea was made around 10a and it was around 4p so I had a little soda. Read more

Seems new, went at 6PM and noticed not many cars there should have been the first clue as something was wrong. They are usually... packed at Cookout. Why is this called TacoRoos is unclear. That must of been what the place used to be called? Anyway, yes theorder was wrong. Even though I went inside. Burger had cheese, (said no cheese) and the wrap was also wrong. They guy taking theorder seemed out of place also. Think he was the manager. Not sure what was going on with him. Did seem rude as if why peoplehad come inside! Hope they get it sorted out there. So in general, Cookouts aren?t known for being super stellar, but I?ve been to several pretty good ones and this is probably the... most inconsistent and disappointing one. The first two times this month we went, it was pretty good - our orders were correct, the building felt fairly clean, and not a super long wait. Today, we went at about 10:30-11:00, and they opened at 10:00. Therewas no one to be seen behind the register, and we waited at least a solid 10 minutes before someone came out to take our order. At this point there was no one else sitting inside to eat, but after a while a line started forming behind us. We felt so bad, because there was one girl running the front cash register and the window by herself, with no help. She was the redeemingquality of this visit. We ordered two trays, each one had either a burger or a sandwich. The burger that was ordered hadpickles, but the chicken sandwich did not (as ordered). This was okay though, because the girl at the register very kindlybrought some after we asked. Unfortunately, however, we both ended up having to take them off because they were about the samethickness as the burger patty itself, and the chicken patty. We both love pickles, but they were cut way too thick to beenjoyable. When we went to sit down, there were crumbs on most of the tables/booths, so it clearly had not been cleaned sincethe day before. The bathroom was even more disgusting with overflowing trash cans, dirty seats, and dirty floors. I really don?tlike writing negative reviews, but this was a really disappointing visit. This Cookout definitely needs a lesson in cleanliness, especially so close to their opening hours. Other than the pickles, the food was okay. Needless to say, we probably won?t beeating here again for a while. Read more

I?m sure that your business thinks that telling customers that you can?t give them their change is a great way to earn extra... money but it?s pretty unethical. You don?t have change? Go get some or post a sign saying exact change. Or give back ones. Don?thand ppl food and then say, whoops I?m $.60 short on your change. It?s stealing. Short the business not the customer when it?syour mistake. Read more
