BAD walk up service, five people standing in line no one in drive thru, had to wait for the person in front of you to get their... food before you order. The one down the street taste the same if not better, much better service. Read more

Cook out is is always a late night favorite of mines. The food is always hot and ready. I have never had a bad experience at... this location. The only thing I will say that I don't like and will never understand is that when you order your drink with thethe tray they ALWAYS charge you for a huge drink without even asking. I specifically have to tell them that I don't want aregular size so they don't upcharge me on purpose. I personally think it's wrong and they should only charge you for a huge cupif you request one. Cold food and soggy sandwich. The drink machine gave water or watered down soda. No one knew I was inside for the first 6 or 7... mins and I was given food with no bag and had to get someone to come back out the back to give me a bag... I'm sure it was justa bad day but...i would not spend money there again based on my last experience. As I was leaving someone came back around tothe drive thru having had an issue as well. Maybe short staffed which is not there fault but... That was the worst cookout I'veever had. Read more
