Classic place to grab some ice cream while taking a break from shopping at Mayfair. They had lots of options available,... including an almond milk based option that actually tasted good, which was great for my lactose intolerant partner. Just picked up a cake. I didn?t notice until I got home (it was bagged up) that the lid was half on and had slid around and... smeared all the wording on the side. It would have been nice if whomever packaged it had made sure it was closed right. Also, Iwish in the description online it told you they put the wording on the cardboard and not on the actual cake. Firstly i?ll start by saying the girl that made my milkshake did a fantastic job, superb customer service! However, the group of... guys were all over the place. I can understand being a teenager and having fun, so i?m not really making this review about that.My issue is when *I think his name was Vance* was making my ice cream on the frozen table, whilst next to another male worker hewas horse playing with him and ended up slapping/touching the guy with the scoop he was using to dice up my ice-cream andcontinued to use the same scoop to fix up my ice-cream. I couldn?t bring myself to speak up because of just how utterly shockedand disgusted i was. also didn?t want to seem like a karen lol. this interaction happened on june 4th around 5:40. Read more
Edit: A full refund has been processed, and it was taken care of quickly.. Ordered through the app, got delivery. They didn't... package it AT ALL. The milkshake was just sitting it a bag, spilling out because nothing was done to secure it on their end.General Manager caught an attitude with me, which I understand some part of as I called late after an employee (Thomas, blesshim, it wasn't his fault) gave me his number, insisting I do so should I want a refund for the milkshake. Will change review andupdate when solution comes through. What bit was left in the bag (the rest of the milkshake soaked through, was glad it was asmall milkshake). Read more
Could have been so much better if the music was not so loud the employees could hear that I wanted a certain topping and instead... keep giving two other topping that were not even what I wanted. I didn?t even want the ice cream after that. Was just huge globof peanut butter not throughly mixed in that I didn?t even want in first place. Will not be back, very disappointed. Read more
