Great service but the açaí bowls were way overpriced. $13 after taxes gets you a small bowl with no fruit toppings. Coming... from Hawai?i this was nothing close to a traditional bowl unfortunately. The smoothies were decent but we will not be comingback to try other menu items. Read more

This place is an awesome spot with a great atmosphere for a lunch meet or getting some work done. But the drinks are also all so... delicious and so much healthier than what you?d get at a cafe. There are so many protein shake flavors and so many good energyteas. Every drink I?ve gotten here so far has been delicious and satisfying. The staff are also so helpful and friendly! Read more
I love Grid Nutrition both for their DELICIOUSLY HEALTHY shakes and teas and for their friendly staff! Since I tried them out... about 4 months ago, I've become so satisfied with what they offer that I am often there twice a day for protein shakes that havereplaced much of my grocery budget. Holy wow, they make some good stuff! I got a blueberry cheesecake shake with graham cracker crumbles and it was AMAZING! Haven't... tried the other tasty and healthy options but you at least have to try the blueberry cheesecake once. Super fast and convenient,staff was great. Highly recommend! Read more
I work in the same complex as Grind Nutrition and tried my first smoothie and tea today and it was delicious. The price... includes both a meal replacement smoothie and an internal cleansing tea. Both tasted great and the smoothie actually made mefull.. I am not one who gets full easily I constantly eat all day so for a smoothie to fill me up really impressed me. Thereare a wide variety of flavors they offer. They are all about health at this place which is awesome considering all the junkfood that's out there. Try grabbing a quick shake instead of getting fast food for lunch you will not be disappointed. Idefinitely recommend it here. They also give military discounts. Read more
This place it "lit"!!! Their "Mega Lit Tea" carriers 200mg of caffeine and their shakes are unbelievably delicious! Such a... healthy alternative to the standard grab and go lunch options. I had a shake at noon and was full until dinner and the price isnot bad either. Seriously good stuff, I'm hooked!
