Ordered online at 730 pm. The delivery confirmation said it would be about an hour. I waited till 930 and called. I got told... that the manager handled online orders and they were on the phone. They called me back after less than 90 seconds. I got askedif i called, I said yes. He asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to check that my order went through because it had been 2hours. He asked what I ordered and before I could answer asked my address. I gave it to him, and he said that it was on the way,don't worry and hung up on me. I still don't have my food and they're closed. Ordered two orders of general tso chicken, plain lomein noodles and two orders of chicken on a stick. Chicken in both dishes... were raw, noodles bland(not regular lomein noodles, used spaghetti noodles.) Chicken on a stick tastes like old oil and seafood. Read more

Chow Mein with no noodles?? Chow Mein literally means "Stir-Fried Noodles"... please someone make it make sense. They have awful... customer service too. They charge $12 for this disgusting cold food that doesn't even have noodles in a chow mein. On the phone,the lady made up a lie saying they only serve noodles for the "Large" Chow mein but they literally have no Large or sizingoption on their website at all!
