My wife and I placed a mobile order for 6:30p, but it wasn't until 7 that our order was ready. There were also several other... people waiting to get their orders too. It was pretty busy inside and a little chaotic. Our food tasted great though, and weenjoyed our visit. Read more

This Chipotle needs to be shut down, new manager, new employees, or something. It?s a train wreck. All 5 times I?ve come here I... immediately regret it. First of all it?s filthy, I?m never one to be picky and I understand there are other customers. But thisis the dirtiest restaurant I?ve been to. The employees have no clue what it going on, they were hiding brown rice in the back(??? Huh) and only going back to get it for certain customers?. My boyfriend asked for chicken and it was seriously only crumbs,not a single piece of real chicken. No ice in the machine, no straws, no containers for hot sauce. Terrible experience asalways. It?s worth the drive to go to a different location. Read more

2pm 7-30-22. This place is trash. The 2 employees who make your food seemed to be out of it, had attitude, didn't seem to care,... had a hard time paying attention. Actually that seemed to be the theme here "nobody cares". Every table was very dirty, whichtbh, shame on the customer who sprinkles food all over the table and leaves it there. It's unfortunately the employees job toclean up after these customers still though. Trash cans were all full. Expression on other customers faces made me feel I'm notalone with this review. As a former manager of Chipotle it hurt me to witness how throughput was handled. I came in about 2 weeks ago during the evening... rush and I see there was one person on the entire line. The manager was helping everyone else and there was no crew that waswilling to help the line person. The line was wrapped around the building and there was no sense of awareness of what was goingon. There were other customers that were looking in disbelief because there was not one crew member that felt the need to hop onthe line to assist the line worker to the point where I saw at least 5 customers left. I understand being short staffed but thearrangement of staff should have been assessed. There should have been no way during this time should takeout just stand in thecorner and wait on orders as the main priority is to take customers that are in front of you. There should have been no way forthe manager to fry chips when there was still a good amount stocked with both big and little bags. There should have been no waythat the cashier is just waiting and watching the line worker suffer she should have washed her hands, and hopped on tortilla toget things moving and return to register once there were orders to cash out. I have never waited in a line where only 5 couplesor families were in front of me and had to wait 50 minutes to even get my order started. I really challenge you all to findbetter use of your staff roles because the culture of what I know Chipotle to be was not present on my visit. In addition,please remind your staff that chewing gum is not okay on the line or anywhere where there is food around especially if theyaren't wearing a mask. Read more

All the employees were the kitchen area chatting with a line to the door. Then the person at the start of the food was giving... half scoops and half portions for everything, then when asked for more rice or beans said it would be extra. This Chipotle hasgone so down hill, maybe even just chipotle in general. Plus the app data keeps getting breached so your personal data and cardinfo isn?t safe, don?t even feel comfortable ordering online. As always my bowl was on point. I tried the new chicken and it was delightful. The store was busy as usual but the line moved... fast, lots employees doing things behind the counter. Unfortunately the tables/trash needed TLC but that's to be expected withlate lunch rush. Read more

My tween son loves Chipotle and this is the only location we have visited and it never disappoints. We have always had a... positive experience visiting this franchise. We ordered pick-up via the website and as expected there was our order on thepick-up shelf. The chicken burrito ???? is his favorite menu item along with the queso dip and chips. Without hesitation, theyoung lady at the counter handed my son his cup for the drink portion of our order and we were out the door. This location seemsto stay steadily busy each time we visit. The ease of ordering and picking up as well as the delicious meal is worthy of a 5star rating! Read more

As some background, I love Chipotle. In fact, I generally get Chipotle 2-3 times a week. This is hands down the worst Chipotle... I have ever visited. My first visit, I got a chicken bowl. The lady working haphazardly threw 1/2 the amount of eachingredient into my bowl. There was essentially no chicken. For my second order, I used the app to order a quesadilla. When Ireturned home, I opened the bag to find a quesadilla so small it would be unfit for the kids menu. I don't know who advised theowner to try and save money by skimping on ingredients, but from the reviews it is clear that they should change course. Read more
