I was given my drink cup with soda on the side of the cup that is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to the service... industry. Having past experience in fast food as well it only takes a second to wipe the cup clean so it doesn't get on thecustomers hands or clothes. The condiment station was dirty and lacking items. We ate in and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Shout out to Gil, who was a joy to talk with! He went above and beyond... for us and topped off our drinks before we headed out! I enjoy coming here. Everyone is always so nice. The lines move quickly and efficiently. But my mac and cheese is always dry and... overcooked and looks scraped from the bottom of the pan. I don't get it but it's like this at this location every time. Read more
Always a bit pricey and this location has literally 2 lines for the drive-through wrapped around the building. The lines block... ALL traffic from parking near the building or driving around the building in order to find accessible parking. We opted to go inand order, there were approximately 4 people in line when we arrived. We got our food & used the restrooms and were out in lessthan 10 minutes - impressive for any location. The focus on getting the food out quickly seems to detract from the attention tothe overall cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms but still a good visit. Read more
