I work in Mayfaire and have tried this Chick-fil-a several times. I am very disappointed. Everytime I've gone to this restaurant... the food has been disgusting. This morning i gave them another chance with breakfast and once again the food was horrible. It'sa shame to spend my money on disgusting food. Chick-fil-a has always been my favorite but not this location. I payed $8 for rawbread, fat in my chicken mini's and cold hash rounds this morning.I waited 10 minutes for my food and once again ????.I will notreturn this location ever. Read more
What can I say? It's a Chick-fil-A. Typical Southern deep fried mostly unhealthy food options. They do have salads, however... there healthy options are extremely limited! If you've been to one chick-fil-a, you've pretty much been to them all. The staffat this location was friendly. I was traveling with family and we had to grab a quick bite in the area. They're waffle fries aregood and vegetarian, although clearly not very healthy. As I was in a hurry and had to grab a bite to go, salads weren't anoption for me at the moment. Not a bad place to grab a quick bite. But Chick-fil-A would not be one of my go-to places. None oftheir locations. Read more
The line was slow, I had order a Oreo milkshake and they charged me for it and I never got it. They told me it wasn?t in the... order. It charged my card! 1st breakfast ever at a chick fil a. It was good. Long drive thru lane moved super fast. Very friendly window customer service.... A smile and a morning salutation vs a grunt and stoic, miserable face on a person at window is greatly appreciated by me andtherefore I'll be a regular. Oh.. breakfast bowl was excellent. Consistent mistakes when I go to this drive through. First I was given a wrong order, next time I wasn?t given sauce that I... requested, and now they gave me two tenders in a 3 piece meal?.I?m going to another location next time, needless to say. Read more
Very slow line. Told I would have to wait 35 minutes for a waffle fry add to my breakfast. No cream or sugar for my coffee and... wrong condiments. Oh, and no "My pleasure " after thanking them?! Do better Mayfair Chick-fil-A. Read more
No complaints about quality of food. Staff is friendly and my dog always appreciates a treat. Grounds are immaculately... maintained. Biggest issue is time spent at drive thru. Very popular location and line always long. Read more
While ordering food was a delight, Dylan did an amazing job and took great care of me. On the other hand receiving my delicious... delights was a different story. The women who was delivering food scanned through the crowd without seeing my hand up,completely understandable. There was a fair amount of people and multiple orders. The problem occurred when the manager on dutygrabbed the tray containing my food, walked about 6 feet without saying anything and returned back to base frustrated at Dylanbecause he couldn?t find me, but frankly he didn?t even try. I was heartbroken. My food was all lonely sitting on the countertop with huge FOMO. Until Dylan, the superhero of the story delivered my gorgeous chicken sandwich into my arms, like a lostchild.
