Have been looking for a Middle Eastern restaurant since relocating to Wilmington in February. CAVA has a wide selection of... dishes, some traditional and many hybrids. Being Lebanese I'm always searching for food related to my background. Everything wasfresh, delicious and well prepared. If they served real pita bread it would have been perfect. I would recommend them mosthighly!! Read more

Picture is my 2nd order at same location. I've had 2 of the premade bowls and one pita. And all I can say is WOW. Delicious.... Fresh. Filling. 2 meals for me. I've ordered thru app online&pre pay for walk in & it's literally grab n go. And get this!!!They don't accept tip. THANK YOU, CAVA. Oh...I'm a bigger fan of the bowl vs pita but a small slice when eating the harrissachicken is helpful to taste buds if you load up a super big bite and it's all heat. It's a delicious heat. Ate here for the first time today and I am absolutely hooked! The staff was kind, the environment was clean, and the food was SO... GOOD. Try the lentil avocado bowl if you haven't ever because it will change your life! Read more

Great option for a quick serve salad or bowl. Good portions at a fair price. Clean and friendly, helpful service.

Holy scrumdidlyumptious! This was delicious and I'm mad at myself for not trying it sooner. So many options.. pre-made bowls... and pitas or go rogue and build your own. It's a Mediterranean version of chipotle in the way you build your bowls or pita, butfar superior in flavor. You start with a greens or grains or both as a base, add a meat or veggie (lamb meatballs, Greekchicken, sweet potato), then add dips (tzatziki, hummus, etc), then add toppings (roasted corn, olives, cucumber, feta,tomatoes/onions), and then top with sauce (garlic, Greek, Caesar tahini). I've only named a few so check out their fullmenu. Loved every bite. This is something I could eat regularly and not get tired of it. Great music and service, too! Aswell as indoor and outdoor seating. Fresh drink options that include cucumber mint lemonade or teas or soda. If you are aGreek or Mediterranean food fan, chances are you'll love it. My tastebuds are singing and I'm planning my next bowl! Read more

Has potential if the food wasn't moldy and making me sick. I had the worst stomach ache after eating Cava a week ago. It hurt... to walk. It resolved but sucked, but everyone has an off day so I went back today. Chicken was rubbery, feta tasted like bluecheese, and the cabbage was even more moldy (see picture). It takes weeks for cabbage to mold so how is that still happening?!Really though, with all the business and how cheap cabbage is I don't see how that's the issue. I think it's how the food isstored. Then I realized the cabbage is white, so it's probably the only place you can see the mold. Read more
