Have been looking for a Middle Eastern restaurant since relocating to Wilmington in February. CAVA has a wide selection of... dishes, some traditional and many hybrids. Being Lebanese I'm always searching for food related to my background. Everything wasfresh, delicious and well prepared. If they served real pita bread it would have been perfect. Picture is my 2nd order at same location. I've had 2 of the premade bowls and one pita. And all I can say is WOW. Delicious.... Fresh. Filling. 2 meals for me. I've ordered thru app online&pre pay for walk in & it's literally grab n go. And get this!!!They don't accept tip. THANK YOU, CAVA. Oh...I'm a bigger fan of the bowl vs pita but a small slice when eating the harrissachicken is helpful to taste buds if you load up a super big bite and it's all heat. It's a delicious heat.
