Reviews for Cafe Chinois - Wilmington, NC in Wilmington, NC
Very friendly and professional staff. The Massaman Curry is delicious and my favorite. The Bento Box is a variety of great hors... d'oeuvres to try before your meal. For non alcohol beverages, you can't go wrong with their Thai Iced Tea. And the Hibiscus Teais very flavorful. Beautiful decor with lots of conversation stimulating art work throughout. We'll be returning for sure Read more
This past Wednesday my husband and I went to Wilmington for business, we found this quaint restaurant to have late lunch before... heading back to Myrtle Beach?.. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients. You can tell the owners take great pride withattention to details. Atmosphere, decor, food preparation and its presentation complete with great service and friendliness. While you?re there you need to check out their restrooms. The decor and cleanliness is like no other I?ve seen ever in a publicplace. Read more

Food menu is similar to indochine and same great quality. They have a few different items on the menu but I stuck to my favorite... pad Thai. The interior atmosphere is amazing and really just a cool place to sit and enjoy a meal. Read more
Finally had the opportunity to go here and must say I am impressed with the food and the staff. The staff are just as wonderful... as indochine. The food was great. I don't know if I would order the dumplings again. They were very small and only four of them. For the price I will probably skip it. It was good tho. Very different. Had the chicken curry and will say that was my favorite.Definitely enough for two people to share. Will definitely order that again. Now for the korean beef I will say it was veryyummy, but for the price point I probably won't order again. I spent 22 dollars on a dish that seem to barely have any meat.More so veggies than anything else. If the price point doesn't bother you, then taste alone you will enjoy. Had tons of flavorand was good over rice. But I would definitely day the curry was way better. Will definitely order more often. Read more
The atmosphere and decor is absolutely beautiful! There is so much to look at and it is truly breathtaking. The food was... fantastic. We had calamari, dumplings and crab rangoon for appetizers. They were all really delicious. My picky 11 year olddaughter ate everything! We had the duck with kumquat sauce and scallops in Vietnamese garlic sauce for entrees. The duck wasthe clear winner here. We ate up every bite. My daughter had the coconut cake for dessert and it was huge! She loves coconutcake and said it was the best she ever had. We will definitely be back, it was a great dining experience. Read more
