Came on a Friday night at 8:55. There where multiple cars in the parking lot and in the drive through. The online hours said... they were open till 10 and then they told us they closed at 9. Keep in mind it was still before 9 and they had still hadmultiple customers they refused to serve. When trying to get there attention they completely ignored us and we?re very rude.Will not be coming here anymore and will make sure your google business profile reflects your actual business. When we got there, there was 1 girl up front serving the drive thru line and 4 kids on the back, sitting down. We were at the... walk up window. They moved into a section that had a pass thru like window. 1 kid got a bunch of duds on his hands and wasblowing them on the 3 others. They kept looking at us, but never moved to hell us. Placed an order for an Oreo Cheesecake waffle Cone through the drive thru. No problems....paid for it...was shortly after handed... a waffle cone with an ice that didn't appear to have any oreo in it. Asked the worker if this was oreo Cheesecake flavor and wasnicely told that they didn't have that flavor, so WITHOUT asking she substituted cookie dough ????. The flavor I asked for wason the menu and I understand that flavors sell out. But why didnt she just say it was sold out so I could choose another icecream of my choice instead of just handing me a totally different flavor and thinking I wouldn't mind. She only admitted it wascookie dough because I asked her. Cookie dough and oreo Cheesecake are not the same. She was nice and apologized and offered mea different flavor of my choice... finally. I choose plain oreo and she let me keep the cookie dough for free. Nice workers butI just found it odd that they wouldn't admit to being sold out of a flavor and silently give you what ever without a heads up.The ice cream saw just so so. Sat in line for no less than 30 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me. There seems to be absolutely no order , no manager... anywhere and a ton of confusion with kids just casually walking around care free and in no rush to fill orders. Terrible customer service! All teenage staff with no management at the location to help troubleshoot or provide good customer... service. Told a man and son they couldn?t take orders at the walk up window and they didn?t have a car so turned away businessvs just ringing them up at the other register and handing the ice cream out the window. Great location and awesome portion sizes. I ordered a small cone and it was more like a large. My friend ordered sorbet and had... two good scoops as well. Price is definitely fair for the amount. Pretty friendly staff. Drive though and walk up available.They should add a napkin stand outside of the ordering window. Read more
That ice cream here is very good, but I still prefer Cold Stone or Baskin-Robbins. I often go to this location because it?s... closer and more convenient. I still very much enjoy it. I love their strawberry shortcake in the summer and wish they had ityear round. At least I can get a strawberry sundae all year. Yummy! Read more
I pulled up to your drive through tonight and there were two male kids, one on a bicycle an the other one was talking in the... speaker. Thought they surely can't be ordering as you have a window up front that would have kept them out of the rain. Afterabout 3-4 minutes, I decided to go around them. The girl was still taking to him while I waited at the window, and completelyignored me. Needless to say, I pulled off and went to Baskin Robbins. Read more
