I just got a Cajun fillet combo, an the biscuit was nowhere near done, the manager had no problem with it, she wanted to make... sure that I know if I didn't have a receipt there was nothing they could do. I came in about 7:10 lady in drive through was very rude an couldn?t get my order right to save her life. Half the stuff on the... menu they didn?t have that includes breast an legs with half the sides, when I asked to speak tothe manager ericka she told meto leave if I didn?t like there options that they were closing soon I?ll never go to market street bojangles again I waited 40minutes and when I got the food it was terrible. Don?t ever get in a hurry when you do curbside!! Waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and Bo Rounds with no customers for a... solid 20 minutes and no rain! Finally I go to the window to ask about my food and they told me to pull up to the side door andthey?ll bring it out, the lady that brought it out snarled her nose because it was raining and basically tossed the food to me.Never again! Waited 30 minutes in line for this. Manager said nothing he can do over the phone to drive back to the store and wait in the... drive thru. Not waiting 1 hr and driving 2 times for a sandwich. Wait was ridiculous and it wasn't even busy like 8 vehicles atthe most. Read more
The ladies at the drive thru were great! They were friendly and thoughtful. I told one of them that the fried chicken is for my... dogs and she gave me the heads up the chicken is hot and to be careful since they are for my dogs. It's nice that she caredenough to mention it. One of my finicky dogs loved it! She ate all 3 pieces, piggy ????. I had some of the battered and skin,and it was delicious. I like the mild spice flavor. My other dog is extremely finicky who wasn't interested in the chicken. Iwill definitely visit another Bojangles in the future. Unfortunately, there is none where I live. Read more
Upon arrival, a nice lady waited on me. I ordered food, and she let me know to her credit, that it might be a bit. What I had... ordered had just been dropped and would take about 12 minutes. 20 minutes later, I noticed other people sitting down to eattheir food, that had come in long after me. I had sat down at a table, and was waiting patiently. I stood up and walked to thecounter, and the lady realized she had forgotten me. Again to her credit gave me a little extra food apologized, and sent me onmy way, to me it was no big deal, but I'm sure to some it would have been a big deal. Not really sure how a ticket that gets putinto a queue gets overlooked. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Food was good as always. Read more
