The design and look/feel is a 9.5/10…love the vibe. The food we ordered was just OK, it looked great on the menu and on the... plate but didn’t really deliver. I had the Hippy Grits…the egg whites were not set and the dish lacked seasoning…neededboth salt and pepper. My wife got the Hippy Hash…again under cooked egg, under seasoned and a lack of sauce. Place has lotsof potential just need to refine the food prep. Would be an awesome place just to grab a beer or cocktail. Read more

No expectations but disappointed with the food. Went for lunch and no wait, service was fine. Ordered Dirty Chips (don’t ever... order) as our starter and I can’t decide if they used Ms. Vickie’s jalapeño or Kettle jalapeño, couldn’t believe theyused bagged potato chips instead of making their own. The Cubano sandwich was okay. Would never go back based on food. Read more

Great place for drinks! The restaurant is nice and has a beautiful outside area, especially at night. The food is just ok, at... least what I had. We got the Dirty Chips and I’m pretty sure they weren’t homemade, kinda disappointing. The waitstaff did agreat job! Read more

10/10 recommend this place. This is the Havana breakfast dish and it was absolutely delish. I love how it tasted so fresh and... filling but I wasn’t wobbling out of the restaurant feeling overly stuffed. I will definitely return and try more on the menu,as a couple other items caught my eye! The only thing downfall was the attentiveness of the staff… our waitress was nice butwe waited a while to be seated and also awhile for our orders to be taken/checked up on. I try to give grace to restaurant staff(especially now) but I could see how this alone would make someone be turned off even before tasting the food.Thank you BlueSurf Arboretum West for delicious brunch! The food is excellent, but the service has been consistently slow since this location opened. It seems to take an abnormal... amount of time for servers to acknowledge us. I understand being short-staffed, but acknowledgment goes a long way when it comesto customer service...It's a fixable mistake if a FOH manager practiced observing tables while delegating. In my 12 years ofexperience, you need someone to lead FOH, and have the ability to float where needed. This ensures a consistent and enjoyableexperience for customers.
