Pizza got burnt due to staff being too busy to check on it. There was 5 staff available and 4 customers. Had to have it remade... and waited for over 20 minutes. My kiddo ate by himself since I had to wait for mine. The food is good but make sure you stayclose to the counter so you can have them check your food. Read more
Spent 13 minutes just to stand at the counter and order my pizza with nobody in front of me. Once my pizza was out of the oven... it sat on the counter for about 5 minutes. I finally went to the counter to request it that be put in a box. This Blaze locationis not what I?ve experienced at other locations. Workers are happy & polite just extremely inefficient. Read more
Build your own is always best! Staff was very nice, but service was truly at a snail's pace. We were the only customers and... waited several minutes (after being acknowledged) for someone to begin our order. Read more
I got the GLUTEN FREE vegan crust for pick up. It was incredible! I was so surprised how delicious this pizza was and how... friendly the staff was too. They forgot to add my arugula on top, but it was so good I didn?t even care. Will definitely be aregular from now on. Read more
Was in Wilmington moving my daughter into UNCW when she suggested we eat at Blaze absolutely some of the best pizza I have ever... had love the crispy crust the generous toppings and all and all delicious can't wait to go back to eat at this place again staffwas nice clean location highly recommend it Read more

If you have an allergy or dietary preference, I would stay away. I was so excited about the dairy free options. I made it clear... I'm allergic to dairy. The stations were so disorganized. Cheese had fallen into multiple containers including the sauce. I amso glad I did not order online. I tried to order from containers that did not appear to have cheese in it but there was so muchcross contamination. I have been to places like this before and it has been fine, they clearly did not care about cleanliness ororganization. They could kill someone with how bad it was. I'm not vegan, but I wouldn't trust it if I was. Cheese had evenfallen into the vegan meat. Our pizzas were covered in black dust and got all over our hands. I got a to go box and I spilledsome water on it accidentally. I started wipping the box with napkins and the box was absolutely filthy. Anyway, I got dairysomehow even though I was super careful and now I'm paying for it. I wouldn't risk going back to this place and if you are dairyfree, vegan, or gluten-free, I wouldn't risk it either. Read more
