Went there on a rainy Halloween evening and had another wonderful dinner, and some delightful conversation with owner John. My... friend had the chicken kebab & shrimp combo and I had the char-grilled grouper (both with the house salad & jasmine rice) and,as always, our meals were fresh and utterly delicious. We finished with the scrumptious homemade kunfefe dessert that was wellworth the detour from our diet. Black Sea Grill has become one of our absolute favorite places to dine in the Wilmington areaand we look forward to returning soon. Read more

Stopped in for dinner tonight while in the area. Small place with limited menu but lots of choices. My friend really liked her... hummus and I thoroughly enjoyed the Turkish patties. We split the baklava, which was probably one of the best ones we had in arestaurant anywhere. Not quite as good as the ones made by the old Greek ladies at the local church for their Greek Festival, but pretty damn close! Service was good and the prices are not all that bad for the area. Well worth stopping by but you mightwant to make a reservation because the place is not all that big. Read more

We were two couples that dined here the other night. We've been wanting to eat at Black Sea Grill for a long time. Because of... Covid, they did cubside take-out. Now their doors are open. We made reservations when they opened at 5pm. The place serves about20 people, so we were glad to have reservations. The place filled up not too long after arrival. Read more

Excellent food! The lunch menu offered is what is typical across most of Türkiye and the Middle East as a whole and this... particular lunch, the Türkish Pattie Pita was seasoned exceptionally the lamb meat was hot and tender. The fries were crunchyand hot. The Türk kahvesi was semi-sweet and hot, as ordered. We will return. Eyvallah. Read more

Really enjoyed this family-owned Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant. The eggplant dish is a must, and the fish special (tile fish)... was delicious. The Turkish coffee will definitely grow hair, but worth sampling. We waited out one of those Wilmingtoncloudbursts sipping that coffee very slowly. Read more

In my opinion one of the best places to eat in Wilmington. Grilled chicken was cooked to perfection. Salad was refreshing and... the dressing was to die for! We spoke with the owner while we were there and he was super friendly as well. Highly recommendthis place. Read more

Fantastic Turkish food! The Turkish Pattie Pita was fantastic, the meat was very juicy and flavorful. Definitely not an average... middle eastern restaurant, so I highly recommend it if you have better expectations from your falafel than a dry patty! Read more

11/22/19 First time to try this very cozy restaurant located in Downtown Wilmington. We came in for dinner and the menu might... seem limited but it has a little bit of everything; from appetizers, dessert, seafood, main entrees... Yum yum yummy! I wantedto try everything. The hummus is fresh and calamari is perfectly cooked. We ordered the mahi and lamb and it was tasty anddelicious! Everything was great and cooked to perfection! It is family owned and we met Mr. Jem one of the owners and he is themost humble and very friendly person. This is now one of our favorite stops whenever we visit Wilmington. MUST try! Read more
