The 3 stars are for the product. Today, I was in line to order. I moved over towards the right side of the register as to give... people walking by some space to walk. The older lady who was rolling out the dough told me I needed to move. I told her that Iwas standing there to let walkers by. She told me that I was in the way of pick up orders. So to the left of the register is abig sign over head that says PICK UP. I was to the right side. Serious lack of people skills. The other customers who heard herthought it was quite rude. The best place to get sweet treats. Love that its local.i like to get the little butter cookies for my coworkers or a nice pie... or pull apart coffee cake. They have a nice selection of gluten free things too . which are great cause I use to like a guy whowas gluten free and never got to eat sweets. Their treats helped me have a wonderful friendship with him .he was here for schooland had to leave eventually but their products helped him fall for me. So like. Fresh bagels every time,You just can't pass'em by while shopping ????
I was very sad with my experience today. It's my birthday so I went to get my favorite pretzel from Auntie Annie's in the mall.... I asked the young man working the register if the cinnamon pretzels were fresh. He quickly answered yes. Very unfriendly. Isaid ok and got one. It was ROCK HARD. Stale as could be. And pretty messed up. He could have been honest and I would havepicked something else. Just disappointed. I have a picture of the destroyed pretzel if you'd like to see it. Read more
Nice fast service and I'll be here almost every time I go to the mall to grab some of your delicious pretzels.
I can't say enough positive things about the employees that's worked here for the duration of it's existence at our mall! They... have been so helpful, fast, reliable and work harder than most mall employees to put out a great product. They must be doingsomething good with the company because a couple of employees have stayed with them for as long as I've shopped there (10+yrs)so I had to plug them :) Read more
Love the almond pretzels. Lemonade is very good. Customer service was awesome.
