I work for NHCS in the payroll dept. We ordered a large pizza at 1:25pm under the name Monica. When it was delivered it had... Heather on the receipt. The receptionist called the 2 Heathers in the bldg and both said they did not order the pizza. So thedelivery guy says oh well I guess you got a free pizza. Instead of calling the restaurant to confirm the name of the person whoactually paid for the pizza , he carelessly gave the pizza to someone else. I called to speak to the mgr. And to my surpriseWillie told me that his delivery staff would never tell anyone that and whoever ate my pizza will have to reimburse me. I had togo downstairs to get the receptionist to call back and yet again speak to Willie about what transpired. It was only then Williereluctantly decided he was going to send out another pizza. He assured me that Monica would be put on this order. He didn'tapologize. He didn't offer us anything off. He didn't send any additional sides. NOTHING. We finally got our pizza at 2:50.
