Food is dramatically overpriced; pickup orders take an hour and then some items are cold. I want this to be a good restaurant... but it?s time to face reality: it?s always disappointing. Read more

We really enjoy heading here for dinner. Our boys love Mexican and this is our go-to local Mexican restaurant. Luis is the... best waiter in the business and he goes out of his way to make us feel at home. The food is very good and we have tried manydishes. We are lucky that they moved into North Wilmington. It pains me to say this, but because Wilmington MA doesn?t really have any good restaurants, we tried to give Panchos a chance... since the time they opened prior to the pandemic. Actually we gave them many chances. The food is average at best, but theservice is absolutely terrible. Doesn?t matter if you eat there or order take out. Ordering take out is especially terrible andpainful. The mistakes are a common occurrence almost a given especially on take out orders. And what restaurant takes 1.5 hoursto prepare a take out order for 4 people while the restaurant is empty. After eating there and ordering takeout more than 10times and spending an average of $70-$100 every time, we decided it was time to ban them. Food quality is not worth theaggravation. Read more

Visiting Andover Ma. From Phoenix AZ. We wanted to try this place because of Fonzi's history ! True to his roots and experience... , very tasty. Great flavor ! Right balance and very fresh ingredients. We had the Cheese and added chorizo. We had theplantain (tostones) We had the single "Ponchos" fajitas ! And an order of Al pastor tacos (marinated pork) We substituted sideswith plantains and the Ponchos Corn . All the meats extremely juicy and tender and the right amount of seasoning ! WaiterLuis, very attentive and service served up fast ! Thank you all from Phoenix ! Oh .. P.S. we had the flan for dessert ! Read more

We ordered from Panchos Cantina today for the first time in a while. I usually would always enjoy my food here, but today was a... huge miss. We ordered nachos, a burrito, and quesadilla. These were supposed to have guac, sour cream, and salsa on the side.None of them included sides. The vegetable quesadilla did not have all of the fillings listed on the menu. It only had a littlebit of corn and a ton of onions... that's it. We also got no chips with our order at all. I do not think we will be coming backhere again. Bit of a waste of $52. So many misses are unacceptable and I wonder about their quality check on the orders atPanchos if all of this was allowed to come out to us with so many mistakes... Read more

Tired of pizza and sandwich shops? Make the trip "north" to the Wilmington Target and enjoy some great Mexican food! The... starter chips are warm, crispy, and the salsa is an original recipe. The meal portions are huge, and the taste is excellent. There was NO WAIT because I don't think anyone knows it's here! The restaurant has as contemporary look, and bar isexpansive. The service was also good and fast. You won't leave hungry, I assure you. Read more

We came here on a Saturday night around 7:30 and it wasn't too busy. Our waitress was really nice. She checked to make sure our... drinks were good and even brought a second jalapeno when my father in law said his Texas mule wasn't spicy enough. For drinks weordered the Texas mule, jaguar paw, tropical gardens margarita and sex on salisbury beach. All were good and strong. For food weordered the Durango bowl with carne asada, Durango burrito with carnitas, quesadilla with carne asada, and a veggie quesadillawith no peppers. The dishes with meat were really good. The burrito relied heavily on rice - there could have been more meat, but it tasted good. However, the veggie quesadilla was HORRIBLE. It looked like a bag of frozen mixed veggies on a tortilla. Themenu description said mushrooms, corn, black beans, onion and peppers but that is not what we got. It's almost like they ran toTarget next door and bought a bag of Birdseye - see the picture attached. The cubed carrots are a dead giveaway. Our waitresswas understanding and took the item off our bill and even gave us 50% off the check. It was such a shame because everything elsewe ordered was good. After this experience I will definitely be sticking with the meat dishes, but we'll come back. It was goodfor a local family Mexican place besides the veggies. Read more
