I'm giving three stars because I usually have had good experiences here and go to this one frequently. This morning, however,... 4/4/22 @ 8:30 a.m. I was at the drive thru for 30 seconds with no acknowledgment I was there, so I simply said, "Hello?" and thewoman on the other side said, "I'll be right with you." I said, "No, problem." Then she must have forgotten to turn off her micbecause I heard her say, "This one over here all like, 'Hellooo?' All rude with an attitude. No! Goodbye! Goodbye!" I was verytempted to respond with, "You know I can hear you, right?" I'm very disgusted, because no doubt other patrons inside the DDheard her as well. If you're going to badmouth customers, at least be sure they can't hear you. Read more

Zero coordination on orders. Your order will be wrong. Hot drinks will be cold, frozen drinks liquid, sandwiches lazily thrown... together. Don't bother ordering ahead to pick it up, having short term memory loss is a requirement to work here. You can orderahead, pull up to the speaker, ask for your order, and they will still be dumbfounded as to why you are there at the drive thruwindow. When the employee told me that they are not allowed to speak in Spanish because management prohibits them from speaking in a... foreign language I seriously lost it. What is wrong with these people!! It?s customer service! I speak perfect English but somepeople walking in there do not. You would rather be rude and deny a service over lack of translation than keep your customershappy and welcomed. they dont even deserve one star - reviews need to make 0 stars available. This is the 3rd time in a week that i have gone thru... the drive thru and got someone elses order as how hard is it to get a toasted bagel - everytime they give me a cheese croissantwhich i am allergic to cheese - i will never go back here again - i tried to call but no one ever picks up the phone Read more

I am a very regular customer at this Dunks and was upset to find out they are unwilling to fill reusable coffee mugs. I was told... this was a management decision. As there are coffee shops everywhere I went down the street to the next Dunks and they happilyfilled my cup, no questions asked. we all need to vote with our business so I have decided not to use this shop any longer untilthis policy is changed. And I was in there once or twice a week. Get with the program guys. This is a no brainer, you save moneyon supplies and the environment. Read more
