Fully staffed but horrible services! It was not busy at all. I was waiting for 10 mins before someone took my ice coffee order.... When the lady took my order I thought it was on the process. Saturday September 24 at this location, 9:30 AM. I ordered 2 pumpkin spice coffees with cream and sugar, and when i got home... with it, it could only be descibed as dirty, dishwater with fat free "milk" I was looking forward to having a coffee with mymother and was livid..not to mentioned disappointed. If you want to hear the employees mocking you at the top of their lungs while sitting in the drive-thru this is definitely the... Dunkin location for you! Asking me if I want my coffee black after I ordered it with almond milk and caramel swirl and thenmocking my confusion loud enough that I can hear you in my car outside of the building isn't a good look.
