Mobile ordered. Still waited in drive thru for 35 minutes. Then, everything in order was still wrong except my drink. Not one... food item was what I ordered or even made correctly. Worst service ever. Read more
Never get the order right the workers sit around and will hide to avoid taking orders or turn off the lights when you pull up so... they can act closed when it's not the tan male manager always skimps on toppings always the bare minimum when ever I ask forextra or to add cheese to a sandwich they charge me and never do it half the time they put less on sandwiches if ask for morethe workers are lazy and don't want to do their job unless you get the morning shift they are the only ones that care about thejob don't go here unless you want to be told they are out of most things you want Worst fast food place in the area Read more
Disappointing.... I understand mistakes happen and people have off days so I make sure not to judge harshly or impulsively. I've... worked for BK so I know how it can get sometimes. I've tried 3 different times, 3 different chances and always the same. Food isNEVER fresh (even when you order OB/Fresh). I'm always kind to them even when my order is wrong or cold but Employees don'tseem to care (unfortunate). I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere if you want edible food. This bks employees are slackin big time, asked for no onions on my burger and was told it didnt come with onions sure enough... there was onions on it, also was missing half the order, they did toss in a free Hershey pie but i dont like chocolate was nicegesture but it went in the trash Read more
I've been visiting this burger king location for the past 3 years every summer. This past summer the service has been awful.... Employees don't want to take orders from customers. They are unwilling to fulfill reasonable requests from the menu. I've hadseveral issues at this location including them not taking orders, Not completing orders, things from my orders going missingI've had to return for such as nuggets and fries. I work in fast food myself but, I don't understand what the issues are here.They closed before their posted hours and, wouldn't allow us to order food. We are always kind and polite and, I don't get whyan acting manager or the owners won't get their restaurant under control. It's frustrating, and, unfair to the residents and,visitors of Wilmington.
