Soft serve is good and there aren?t many other places to go for soft serve. Rita?s is custard and I don?t care for that. The... problem is their tiny portions. I ask for a small cone and routinely get a mini. I don?t think they know how to make a softserve any bigger. It?s laughable. Not generous portions for the money at all. Great ice-cream choices and friendly staff. Just what we needed for a little pick me up.
Great flavor selection but obviously staffing is an issue. I know it's hard to find people right now but if you do bring on a... new hire you have to at least attempt to train them before allowing to serve customers. Just paid $18 to get the wrong flavorswith the wrong sized lids and no bag handed to me awkwardly which then leaked all over my center console since the ice cream wasnot quite cold enough to begin with. I also watched someone come back inside and ask for a replacement milkshake because thesame employee made it with too much milk making it appear to be soup. This is a reflection of ownership. love this place so cute and homey! recently had my daughter 9th birthday ice cream celebration here and the staff and owner... Megan were awesome to work with. Very affordable. The kids had a great time. I was able to get in early and decorate and broughtmy own food and drinks. Most places don?t allow to do so anymore so I was thankful we could at Sweet Lucy?s! This is a very nice ice cream shop. You can sample the ice cream before you try it. There is a small area for eating in as well.... You can get a variety of toppings as well as a choice of cup or cone. They have bottled water and a unisex bathroom. It?s in astrip with Mclaren?s Irish Pub and there is free parking. Yes the serving is lively and colorful as seen in the guy in pink behind the counter ???? Ice creams got best of variety n even... after two scoops you would crave for more... made out if light cream for your tummy to handle dairy well ! Peppermint stix nCoffee sounds a bad conbo but was not that bad proves that you can try versions of variety here .... ! Shakes and softies onstock for lovers ..... I have always had great experiences here and the ice cream is yummy so when we had a family birthday recently for which we... needed a lactose free ice cream cake, I called to see if they could build us a cake if I supplied the ice cream. They weretotally willing to do this but it turns out they actually have some vegan (and therefor lactose free) flavors in-house. To topit off, the owner could not have been more helpful and supportive when our plans and logistics changed a couple times that weekand I?m forever grateful. Just outstanding customer service and overall really good people. In the end we got a delicious andbeautiful cake, and I won?t be going anywhere else in the future. Read more
