Definitely the worst of the Starbucks stores out there. Always out of stock, multiple times my order was made wrong even when... repeated back correctly and on a couple occasions, I had to leave due to waiting so long when only ONE person was in front ofme. They need to be retrained and open when they?re actually able to be stocked. Read more

This store has really gone downhill. I have been going to this store for several months, every day. I am not sure what... happened, and I don't blame the staff. They are always very nice and cordial, but you can tell they are exhausted. I blame theleadership. Here's why I chose to write a review. I visited the store twice this week and both times waited upwards of 45minutes for my coffee, which is absolutely absurd. Also, they never have enough supplies to fulfill requests, especially thosewho need dairy-free options. Why does the app not tell you when your ticket has been printed? It would be a great feature. Also, if I had picked that I was picking up in the car line, would I have waited 45 minutes? Probably not. Lastly, with asmany drinks on the counter during this time frame, you would think someone behind the counter would have read out all of thenames thus far to avoid those waiting from trying to see if theres was actually ready. Shame on the manager and regionalmanager for being inept and out of touch with what is going on at this store. Read more
