They gave me the wrong drink and sandwich, then had an attitude when I wanted my correct order. But gets a group of black ties... (9people) order perfect. I look very normal, I?m not dressed for work. So idk if that has something to do with the treatment.And then when it?s remade, it?s STILL WRONG and missing tons of things, I got charged for! Great customer service from one of the supervisors! I don't normally go to star bucks so I wasn't really sure what I wanted.... This is the loudest starbucks I have ever been in. The staff were screaming the entire time and did not have any regard for... customers trying to enjoy a quiet afternoon by reading a book or getting work done. The music was loud (and seemingly picked bythe staff) and the staff had guests come in that they were socializing with the entire time, rather than working. Read more
