He wasn't serving lunch for an hour. We were in the area, so we stopped by. He did fix us a scrumptious hot sausage with onions.... It was delicious. He had his pulled pork cooking outside. It smelled amazing but I didn't have time to wait, unfortunately. My boyfriend needs to work at the Amazon right there near his food truck and he has nothing but good things To say about all hisfood. I arrived at around 1:30 pm and the only thing left was pulled pork. Never liked pulled pork but still ordered some. I also... ordered crabs from another food truck so while waiting I tasted the pulled pork. OMG it was so delicious. Best place to get ribs in the Wilmington area. Was finally able to get there on a Friday which is one day have greens. Just like... Mama used to make. Russell is the most personable person I have ever met. He had me look at everything he was doing to make sureit was up to my standard not his! I recommend this little spot to everybody that loves any kind of BBQ! I usually get a halfrack with two sides whatever they are for the day and I understand that every day is different.
