The worst Popeyes I have ever been to in my life! Negative Attitudes must be a requirement to be employed at that location. All... of a sudden, it?s an extra $2 for a breast for the $6 box? huh??? When asked when did this start, the disgruntled lady says idkthe manager made the rule. I get to the window and I pay for my box and no receipt? I ask for a receipt and the lady saysthere?s no receipt paper. So you?re telling me it?s a whole fast food restaurant open daily and y?all don?t have one roll ofreceipt paper. The way that store is ran? I need a receipt to make sure they aren?t overcharging me or pocketing the money.WORST POPEYES EVER!!! The owner should be ashamed. Read more
Customer service via the drive thru was horrible. When i got home, the shrimp basket I ordered was a bunch of tiny pieces of... what I'm guessing was crumbs from previous shrimp orders, and my fries weren't hot. I maybe have had 3 tiny shrimp in the entirebox of my 1/4 popcorn shrimp combo. The rest wasn't edible. This location is a hit or miss so you never know what you'll get,but by my experience today, I won't be returning. I was told they had no receipt paper, so I'm guessing that was so I wouldn'tcomplain about the way my order would be when I got home. Horrible service all around, and a waste of money Read more
Two bad experiences here. Once a employee (male) put three large drinks in flimsy cup holder and mustve didnt put the lids on,... but when he reached and gave them to me, the cup holder ripped & all three large drinks spilled on my lap and into my car. Freakaccident. He did give me free desserts.... 2nd bad experience happened today. Ordered through drive thru. When I got to windowto pay, I asked if I could add a drink because I realized the meal didn't come with a drink. The cashier told me No. i told herthat there was no one behind me, but she said I would have to go back in line. I HADNT EVEN PAID YET! Be careful if you're theowner because these workers are messing with your money. That was an extra $5-8 dollars she missed out on. And they didn't haveany banana creme cakes either. 2 stars. They didn't fill my rice up and fries were stale. Read more

If you want bad service this is the place to visit. The cashier asked to take my order, when I asked about a special they had... she walked away from the window without saying anything. I waited patiently, and she never returned. I then started to leave thestore and she was sitting down in the back and then repeated my question to me in a jokingly way. I just shook my head andwalked out. I have visited the drive thru previously and I?m always given a list of food they don?t have. Lol lol how is thisPopeyes chicken when they never have any chicken. These guys absolutely earned 5 stars. I ordered a box of spicy chicken and biscuits. They said they were about to close, and... didn?t have spicy. Then I was asked to wait. The person came back and said the cook had agreed to do the order fresh for me, butI would need to wait 15 minutes. The biscuits were fresh from the oven and the chicken exactly right. This is what will haveyour customer thinking, ?That?s a little out of my way but I?m going back there.? Read more
Recently got a take out from here. First of all I am not a big fan of this restaurant. I am so particular about certain flavors... and Popeyes is not for my taste. However, The food here was warm and crispy, which my husband loved. He generally likes the foodhere. So I think you have to try at least once to figure out what works best for you. Read more
Service is terrible, workers are mean and have attitudes, they act like they don't even see you wanting in line. Food is Popeyes... food, so. The atmosphere is dirty. This place really needs to be cleaned up. Read more
