The manager very rude .. The food is great and is not pricey, but getting a hold of them is almost impossible. WHEN they work, they get 5+ stars, but... how are they expecting to have any business if they never answer their customers calls. So disappointed. Read more
Me and my co-workers decided to order from this place over $70 worth of food only to be disrespected by the owner because they... messed up on our food then proceeds to argue with me telling me that he doesn't need our money because he has plenty. Wellplenty is what he will have from now on because he will never get another dime from me or any of my co-workers. Since the original owners (mom, pop & daughter) the service hasn't always been consistent, but the last time I ordered made up... for everything. My son and his girlfriend flew in from CA & when I told him I was ordering dinner he asked if I was going toOmega's and I said yes. My order was a little over $100 and everything I ordered was correct and in the bags! Meaning I hadeverything I ordered, nothing was missing and no one else's food was placed in my bags. In the past I had issues with my ordersbeing incorrect or missing items. Everything tasted great and looked amazing!!! They did a wonderful job, they lovedeverything. I have to say they make the most picture perfect pizzas and it's hard to find a place that does it allwell...pizza, wings, steaks, subs (put the oil on the roll not the meat) this place does it all in one stop! I used to love their food but lately it hasn?t been tasting right. Today I ordered 2 cheeseburger subs for me and my boyfriend,... and the bread and veggies I ordered on them seemed fresh. Buttttttt the hamburger had to have been pre cooked earlier in the dayor something because it was very hard and gritty which ruined my whole experience. Read more
Although there is only three booths to sit at and six stools.. The people working here are super friendly and the food is... amazing. I come here Everytime I visit Wilmington for my Del Tech classes, and always plan on coming back anytime I'm in thearea. Would most definitely recommend!! The service and food has gone down over the past few years. The last time I ordered the delivery driver put his own tip in even... though I gave him a cash tip. I stopped ordering after that experience. Read more
