Waited over thirty mins for a pickup order... People were coming in after me placing take out orders and receiving the orders... before mine... I asked several people for an update on the order... They acted like they couldn't check... Or just said it willbe a few.... The bald guy pictured... Told me he was going to check several times but did not... He sat and walked aroundflirting with every female employee.. and the. Wonder why they are backed up.... He played.. laughed.. and flirted with all hisemployees and most likely forgot about checking my order.... I have video footage of this but it wont upload on here... I had toliterally walk to the kitchen to actually get any help... And I guess the order got pushed back or forgot about... They guy inthe pink shirt realized it and actually got on it.... Place is really understaffed and that's understandable but maybe the hosts should be graceful in keeping their composure during... hectic periods. Large groups take no priority at this location which is unfortunate. Food takes a while due to take outs withdelivery apps, pickups from customers and understaffed in the service area. Our waiter was as positive and efficient as could beconsidering the circumstances. The staff speak very poorly to eachother and about customers in the middle of the dining hall atear shot of customers. Fyi, no flavor coffees at this location. Read more

The place was clean, ??staff was courteous. However, our waiter????.....clearly left us.... after she gave us our food. We... waited 30 minutes.....simply to get our check. I never tend to leave reviews like this as I am a waitress myself and I understand how stressful it can be sometimes. But, this... has been the single worst experience I?ve had at a restaurant. The waitress not only completely forgot about an item, 90% of theorder was messed up. We were charged for a meal we did not order as well, which the manager kindly fixed for us/comped themessed up meals. Although that was bad enough, the waitress completely disregarded the table for the rest of the sitting. Herand another coworker sat at a table across the room and continually stared at our table talking without even making an effort tocome take the bill back for payment. Our waitress spent more time drinking a blue raspberry lemonade than she did actuallyattending to the table. (They sat at this table almost the entire time we were there..) We ended up having to download the appto pay, and then as we were leaving the other waitress stood behind us staring at us as we walked past without saying anything.My mother paid for what we were charged and was polite throughout the whole ordeal, but I felt completely disrespected in theend. Online and on the door the restaurant says it closes at 8. My family showed up just to get pancakes for our 2 kids at 7:10 We... were told they were only taking carry out orders and to hold on. He ran to the back and then came back & said I had to orderonline (and then disappeared in the back again). So I started ordering online and went to check out. When I went to place theorder it said it wouldn?t take it because the restaurant was closed. It wasn?t closed. It didn?t close for another 45 minutes.They turned off the ordering system and electively closed the restaurant before it was supposed to close. In hind sight itlooked like they ?closed? the restaurant earlier than that because it was spotless and a crowd of people weirdly walked out whenwe pulled up. They were obviously turned away as well an hour before it was supposed to close. If my kids weren?t so obsessedwith their cupcake pancakes for special occasions I wouldn?t ever think about eating there again. Some servers are kind, but thereliability of this place it the worst in North Wilmington. Read more
The food was good. The service was friendly. I would come again just for the onion rings and breakfast. Yum. Here is the menu... with prices. I like that they don't 'rush you out' like other places. The big tables allow for a bigger party to be comfortable.IHop is still definitely family restaurant still...love that. Read more
Just left Brandywine IHOP and NEVER AGAIN!!! Let's start off with the fact that we were seated at a dirty table... causing us... to request it to be cleaned and plastic silverware. YES, she removed the metal silverware... it took 5 mins to get the waitressto clean it after she had asked the porter to clean table 3 and his response was I don't know numbers ( I looked to see thelogic and we were the 3rd table from the door... hence table 3). Then the food came and not all together over a 4min span. Thepancakes and eggs overflowing the plates. OH NO.... STILL NO PLASTICWARE. Finally we were allowed to eat. The hashbrowns notfully done and saturated in grease, and my omlette was cold. There were only 6 patrons in the facility and the service almostnonexistent.
