I recently had an terrible experience. I Doordash frequently and went to pick up an order 10 minutes past the pick up time. Only... because I know there really busy. I literally watch my order sit on the counter for 15 minutes and asked if it was done. The guywho fills bags with fries literally pick up my order and said it wasn't ready. So I asked another employee who then again askthe frie guy. The frie guy looked my in my eyes and said it wasn't it. I almost broke character. Instead I asked him to turn thebag around to see the name. 30 minutes later it magically was my order. The long review is to say that alot of public places nowdays have alot of hyper sensitive people. Speak up and don't let no one insult your intelligence or take you out of your goodcharacter. Was brought here for lunch while doing work nearby. The service was fast and the food was amazing. Customers were separated by a... reasonable distance and we were able to eat undisturbed. Although I am trying to cut beef from my diet the food was amazingnonetheless. Read more

Five Guys is unfortunately overrated as all get out. The food is good but the prices have hiked quite a bit. You pay... restaurant/diner prices for fast food, remember that. The fries are also just not up to bar for a burgers & fry joint. Read more
So I got burgers and fries which at five guys is kind of the standard. And I got a drink and they have the new freestyle... machines there which is kind of cool. The burgers at five guys are fantastic burgers. There?s probably not a better burgeraround for a good long ways. The nice thing about this place in particular this particular location? They have really goodservice. They are quick they are patient they?re friendly and they get your food as fast as humanly possible while stillmaintaining a very high quality. Read more
I will be very hard pressed to EVER ORDER from here EVER again. We ordered three burgers. We got one wrapped in rotten lettuce.... See picture. And two veggie sandwiches. Called and they said they would remake the two burgers over. Get there, they made thewhole order over again. Open the bag with the new order, fries were thrown in bag on top of burgers. Greasy as all get out.Definitely not drained before cupping them. Then the two replacement burgers had all the wrong condiments and rolls were stale.Burgers were hard as a brick. Eight were on the dinner shift. No manager available on call and a young man pretended to bemanagement when I returned the veggie sandwiches. Sad situation over there. Each person has a job there. One job. Lessonlearned. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS FIVE GUYS. Would have left no stars if I could! Read more
Unfortunately the excellent quality of the food can not make the dining experience any better as the music is severely over... modulated. I asked the employees two times to please lower it but to no avail. I had to leave the dining room and eat in mycar. There are many burger places with a nice ambience where I can spend my money and enjoy myself. I will not be returning. Read more
