Did an online order to pick up and I got a bagel and nothing on it. I put to place strawberry cream cheese on the side instead I... paid $3.15 for a plain bagel nothing else. I could of went to the store and bought a whole bag of bagel for that price !!! Read more
Stop here while working to get a coffee at 2:10 pm. Doors locked sign says lobby closes at 2 what kind of service establishment... closes at 2 on a weekday. The staff is always quick and friendly! The only downfall is they're usually short staffed, but I know that's not their fault.... The do the best they can with who they have and I don't mind waiting an extra minute or two. They definitely make my morningsbetter with their delicious coffee and smiling faces!! Read more
Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. I stop here on Wednesday nights and they have not one single time been able to... complete my order. They do not make food or have ANY donuts from the afternoon on, if the drink involves more than one step,basically if it isn?t just simple coffee, they tell you they?re out of it and tonight they told me they have no decaf and thegirl refused to make any saying she had no idea how too. Wasted 15 min in the drive thru line (only 2 cars ahead of me) just tobe told a large coffee chain has no decaf coffee. Read more
This is by far the worst location that we have in New Castle County! Constant issues with ordering process, hours of operation,... doors are frequently locked or no one responds to the drive-through window, and I?ve literally heard the managers screaming atthe employees. Coffee consistently taste like dirty dishwater and they never have donuts. Tried to give this location anothershot as they are on my commute to work, however we will be going out of our way to the next location. DO BETTER! Read more
After standing in line for 5-7 before anyone helped us they then refused to service food is because they were too busy. Awful... customer service. I will not be revisiting this store. Canceled the orders for the coffees and left. Read more
