Speed is a factor I usually have to wait whether I order ahead or not.
Sitting in the parking lot at 551, they are closed again and people are in side door says open till 7.

I always come here and always get the worse customer service ever and now im finally taking the time to write this review... because im over it. The donuts were stale and dry . The workers attitude is disgusting, he is very rude and ignorant for noreason. I asked for a strawberry donut and he just says ?We don?t have anymore? when I?m literally starring at one ? then hegoes oh i really didn?t know . I don't know how their food is but the service is horrible. I had left my wallet home this the first day I got my driver's... license I wanted to take the little one to get a donut I was so excited lol.. but we get there I ask for a chocolate donut forthis 10yr old who was also excit d I got my driver's license lol.. but anyway the guy grabs the donut bags it and then I go topay realizing I forgot my wallet and I asked him to hold it while I go get it( donut was like $1).. so instead of him sayingokay, he snatched the bag out my hands infront of the child and puts it back as he looks at me angrily.. I walked out cryingwith the child..all my excitement and her excitement went away and we drove home I cried all day and felt so embarrassed andshamed about forgetting $1 and I will never forget this EVER honestly I never want food from Dunkin donuts again. This place is the absolute worst. They get new employees and don't train them. Every morning I come in to get my coffee is an... absolute disaster, my coffee either taste different everyday and it's always a different price... Don't ask to use the bathroombecause they are always filthy, this place was just remodeled last year and has an infestation of roaches. Their food alwaystaste weird and there are just so many things wrong with this place idk how they are still open and serving customers... Thedepartment of health should be called on these people. This Dunkin is Magnificent. They make the start of my days awesome every single morning! These folks are so beautiful and they... give meaning to running a business, Im proud to come here EVERY DAY and see how every culture be it American, Mexican,Caribbean, Asian, EVERYONE is treated WITH LOVE and RESPECT here and its amazing how a little ol Dunkin should be the templateto how the whole world should be!
