I experienced workplace discrimination at this Dunkin' Donuts location in 2021. I was fired on the spot by the manager as soon... as I arrived on my second day of work for no reason. I did my job well on my first day and I did nothing wrong. When I askedwhy I was being fired, I was given no explanation. There is only one color of people that works at this Dunkin' Donuts, and thefemale manager makes very sure to keep it that way. When I first arrived on my first day of work, the female manager acted veryrude and cold to me. She and the other employees only spoke in their native language on purpose in front of me, even though Iknew they could speak English. They didn't talk to me during my whole work shift. This store is not inclusive or diverse atall. Corporate needs to fix this so that no one else experiences what me, as an African-American, experienced at this locationof Dunkin'. Read more
Friendly staff, fast service, food is always hot when you get it. (Some locations, it's actually still cold.) I would give 5... stars but there's always one or two little things wrong. It's always when you make an addition to something, ie. Sandwich butwith extra meat, or a different cheese. Today was a tomato and pesto sandwich with the addition of bacon. No bacon on thesandwich, so I paid extra for nothing. I can't go back because I'm at work now and this sandwich was actually for my coworker.They're such a lovely location, I hope they pay more attention to add-ons for food. Read more
I was the mad rush of one person. The moment I walked through the door there was the appearance of annoyed impatience. I just left this establishment about 5mins ago. I didn?t appreciate the joke the two young ladies were making while I was... picking up a doordash order. I walked in towards the ?pick up? counter and one of the ladies greeted me to take my order but Itold them who I was picking up for and she pointed to the order and started laughing. The other lady said something in herlanguage and apparently it became a joke. Not all dunkins have orders sitting at the counter. Either it?s behind the counter oron a rack. 7 people standing in line and no one at the register, I finally asked after waiting for almost 10 mins Is someone working the... register and the rude worker goes NO, what the hell kind of people run such an awful business. They lost about 5 peoplesbusiness by being rude and not waiting on people. I will NEVER go there again!!! Worst service ever Read more
Great Dunkin' Donuts! Extremely friendly employees. Food is good with fresh donuts (this can be difficult to find at other... Dunkin' Donuts). Employees even get to know their regular patrons & expedite the customers when placing the orders. I wouldrecommend this Dunkin' Donuts restaurant over many of the other ones in the area. Read more
This location used to be my favorite due to location ok my route and ALWAYS was great service. Not to mention my coffee was... always exactly how I enjoyed it. Then out of nowhere the service dramatically declined at a considerable and constant rate.Enough to make me change my preferd DD location and not spend a dime at this particular location. The staff is always friendly, the lines are never too long and the food/drinks are always on point!
