Went in yesterday. Asked for a chicken pot pie. Nope don't have any. Cordon Bleu Chicken. No again. Ribs. No. Cobb Salad? You... guessed it...Nope. The lady actually said, sorry we don't have any chicken. Well then what are those 20 chickens doing spinningin the rotisserie? Are they decoration? Was told they cant use those. Finally said ok let me have the meatloaf. Oh we only haveone piece left. I just said, Why the hell are you even open? And then walked out. This used to be a nice place but it's terriblenow. Used to be good. I remember going there when 2 black gentlemen were working there, an older man with glasses and another with... blonde and black dreadlocks. They were always very friendly and made really good food. Now there?s a different staff in thereand they don?t really seem organized. Always out of sides, food is subpar when it?s not undercooked, and some staff just seemsgenerally frustrated with customers, while others don?t even seem to comprehend they?re working. I do not write reviews. But someone at a higher level needs to investigate this store. On 7/12 Tuesday there was a incident that... occurred at this Boston Market. I am going to be as fair as possible. I saw the man mopping the floor but he dropped the mopbucket and water was all over the floor near the bathrooms. He asked a lady to come in and assist the customers who were in linebut she refused to help them. I heard her tell him ?no.? Later on I discovered that he was the general manager meaning he is herboss how could she say no to him? She went back outside and sat down and did nothing. When the lady came back inside I saw hersay something to him and he became very mad and walked out. He?s not a hothead I?ve seen him there before he?s a gentleman. Sheclearly provoked him by not listening to him and by pushing his buttons. There were other customers near me and we all agreedthe lady was at fault. I came in the other day and found out he was fired why? Who is the regional director? I agree he couldhave handled the situation better but she provoked and instigated the situation. Maybe if the lady actually did her job thiswouldn?t have happened. If he lost his job she should lose her?s as well. I will not return to this location. Robert Read more
Terrible experience. This place has gone so downhill it's insane. First, the registers were down so they only accepted cash.... Okay, I can let that slide. But then the fountain machine was also down. Which means no drinks with my meal, so the employeeliterally offered a cup of water? From the kitchen? as a substitute. Yeah no thanks. Hello Boston Market, I would like to give some feedback regarding your store on Kirkwood Hwy. I would like to start by saying... the new manager Brandon is absolutely amazing. I was having a bad day but his positive attitude changed that. He was courteousand provided exceptional customer service. Boston Market is a great place for home cooked flavors. Which means it's easy to wrack up a bill there. If they're going to... charge extra for premium sides (which is understandable) would be great to get an entire portion, and not have empty spaces inthe dish. Two meals (w/o bread), large side, no drinks, no dessert, and cornbread came out to $25+. Disappointed in the amountreceived for the $ spent. At least Gloria was pleasant. Read more
Put in an online order tonight and go to pick up and they?re closed. Paid for the order online. Two employees in the store... wouldn?t open door to hear the issue and were laughing at me when I said you took an order but yet you?re closed?! Called thestore, no answer. Had to press catering option to talk to someone who put in a complaint. Who knows if we will get our moneyback. Read more
