Everytime I go in for a door dash order I have to wait at least 20 minutes. The time would probably be cut in half if the kids... working in there were actually working instead of joking and talking to each other. Also, I asked if they could put a stickerover the straw hole like most restaurants do and the girl got a huge attitude. They really need an ?adult? in there supervising. Read more

I went into the establishment on Sunday 04/03/2022. I asked the young lady who had her hair braided all going back. I asked... did they have any almond pretzels she said no not at this time and continued her conversation talking/laughing with herco-workers, never said would I like one made or anything the young people that's working there some are horrible/lazy really Idon't care to stop in anymore. I love this location it's so convenient and nice not having to go into the mall to get a delicious pretzel. I am a plain Jane... and love the original soft pretzel it beats out every other pretzel around. they also have a great pretzel wrapped hot dog Icannot say enough about. the staff is always friendly and the pretzels are hot. definitely a good eat Read more
Great people who know how to treat people right. I made a last minute order, they took care of it. They had an issue, we all can... relate. They took care of me and now I am a customer for life. This place never has anything every night i come in 8pm that's an hour before they close and nothing ever on one pretzel you can... choose from like the heat lamp is off floor mop like come on if your not happy working and making what should be out and nottelling me I have to buy this one pretzel ..again nothing will get done .
