I work near here going on 5 years. Consistently the worst service. I'm not sure why management has such a hard time training... their staff. Almost always rude staff that have refused to correct sandwiches, bark orders, lied about availability ofingredients. Subway is priced right for a quick lunch, but this location is NOT worth it. This is not based on one badexperience. I keep hoping to walk in and have different staff, but even when that happens, the new crew is as bad as the last. Read more
Sandwich itself good as usual. But condiments trays not organized and definitely not stacked properly. Straws and lids are... missing. Lemande/juices are missing. Coffee pots are missing. Tried fountain drink with Witamin water but IT was do diluted withwater that only color matched and there was faint taste of the product. I would say the syrup ended and it didn't get restockedIMO. Crew will sit and talk in the back but not restock produce nor supplies. Either poor management / training or justemployees being lazy... Do not recommend. Read more
Such slow service. The guy squishes your bread when be slices it so its basically a flatbread. They dont understand the toppings... you want and burned a sub and chicken for those before us in line. Bad subs even for subway standards, slow service, burnt food. Read more
This is your typical local subway shop. I like to get my sandwich early in the morning this store has fresh bread everyday, i... like this store comparing to others since they don't try to sneak in stale bread from past night. i have been customer here forpast year or so and the new management has definitely improved the store in past 6 months or so but they need to keep improvingmore. I placed an online order in advance so I wouldn?t have to wait. I arrive to find a store empty of customers and the lady... chatting with another employee. The order was not even started until I arrived. Then she started asking me to read the order toher. If you can not speak English why would you answer the phone? I had a simple request. Please change my pick up time to 11:30.... Their website offered me a time of 11:30 and when I placed the order it returned a time of 9:30. I called to change the time andthe women had no idea what I was saying.
