My entire family enjoys going to Carte Blanche often. Sometimes it?s just for coffee, other times we enjoy breakfast, lunch or... dinner. There may just be two of us or a group of 15-20 people. We enjoy their comedy nights, paint parties, and other funevents here. Coffee and food is great. We are super happy that Shawn has been brought over as a chef there. They have greatfriendly staff. The owners work there often and they are super friendly. Lastly, they are child friendly and always welcomingto our toddler granddaughter. Read more
Great service, the girl working was the nicest person. I got a chia latte which was amazing. I also got a traditional breakfast... sandwich, it was delicious and the flavor profile was really well thought out. Second time to the cafe! The first time was okay- the employee helping me was scattered and distracted but the food was alright... so I thought I?d give it another shot. The second time I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch wrap. I had asked if there was a sideincluded and the employee stated ?I don?t know.? The wrap came with one tiny piece of bacon and soggy bits of lettuce. Verybland and unseasoned chicken. It did end up having a side, some mushy blueberry?s and strawberry?s. Stopped on a road trip for some lunch and our experience at Carte Blanche was a most wonderful surprise. Our lunch was... delicious (shared tuna melt panini and shared special salad of the day). Excellent fresh brewed coffee. Sure wish I had savedroom for one of their great looking desserts. Service was perfect. Ambiance is comfortable low key hip. Place is super clean. Food A++. And the owner Kristine is on site and really providing the extra TLC touch. This place is worth going out of yourway for a visit. Read more

Always great coming to Carte Blanche for my morning chai latte! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and are always on top of... getting orders complete. This place is a total hidden gem just off of I-5. I am definitely coming back the food was absolutely amazing a farm to table... type of place I got to talk to one of the partners that owns the place his name is Hill he was able to tell me about theabsolutely amazing cider that they get just 30 miles down the road. The food was excellent and the service was very quick. Theirsalsa was mouthwatering delicious just the right amount of spices. The Panini I ate had Super moist and tender chicken breastalong with delicious cheese. If you want great food and fast service try this place out you will not regret it! Read more
It's a cute place but it doesn't feel like an actual coffee shop when you walk in it's dead quite there is never any music... playing, like a regular coffee shop would nor does it feel welcoming. Some of the girls I've seen there look like they areannoyed when you are about to order or something. I have gone in there and asked for lavender latte's and sometime they chargeme an extra .50 cents for lavender syrup and sometimes they don't. Like is lavender extra?when you ask for a regular sizelavender latte?? I'm confused? The price is never consistent. Read more
