We stop here to charge the car when we are on our way north and we always went in for food. Prices went up, like everyone else,... but the quality has dipped unpleasantly. Everytime we come in the waitress has to tell us she's the only one on the floor andthey're short staffed. That's a bummer. We used to get a free soda while charging but now it is only one free soda. Not a hugedeal but a deal breaker considering everything else. So now we are checking out the other charging options on our way north. Many many options out there now. Read more

Delicious food and great service! Love the brand name ketchup too, with no HFCS and use of real butter instead of margrine ??... More places should offer alternatives with better ingredients such as these!! Just on a side note or secret wish rather, as afull-time traveler, it would be great if you offered some organic options, like organic steak and eggs. Keep up the great workthough! Awesome restaurant chain! We've been to several and love them ???????? Read more

I have a gluten allergy and they were very helpful in making substitutions. I was going to order the avocado chicken club. But... they were out of chicken so they made it with a patty and a gluten free bun. It tasted amazing. We also had the waffle at thetable and he said his was really good too. Customer service was great and they were very friendly. Read more

We've been to this location multiple times (traveling for work). I like the location (easy on & off I-5) The most recent visit,... however, I was disappointed. It took almost 30 min for our order (one breakfast item/one lunch item) to arrive. There were aboutsix other patrons in the restaurant. Not sure if it was a new cook or what. The waitress that is always there in the a.m. isvery attentive and friendly. Side note: I have my Black Bear Diner "Passport" and have visited multiple BB Diners along thewest coast (including the corporate one in Red Bluff). This one needs help. Read more

It was good, service was decent. It was slow when we got there. Food was ok. I wouldn't say it was bad, just from what I heard... it was supposed to knock my socks off...I was still wearing my socks when I left. Could have been an off day... I'll try againsoon. Read more

I had the Volcano, pancakes piled high with bacon, sausage, and topped with 2 eggs.Delish! The staff was kind and the service prompt. Read more
