Don't bother with mobile order and curbside pickup. They obviously give preference to the drive thru. Waited 25 minutes for a... simple burger and fries while car after car went through the drive thru. Read more
I was going to this restaurant weekly using the McDonald's app because I have issues with anxiety and drivethroughs. Today they... had an employee physically blocking mobile pickup spots which is very difficult to adjust when I already took time to orderbefore going and do not have time to change plans before work. First time I have ever been to a McDonald's where an employee told me verbatim: "They can charge any price they want, they are... independently owned" Prices were much higher than our local McDonald's in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, so I had asked why. After the employee at the drive-thru made the comment above (in a rather snooty manner), the employee explained to me thatsince it is a McDonald's franchise they can charge any price they want for items on their menu.
