Well I am usually a fan of Swiss Chalet. But my experience today was terrible. Went there with my brother for out Thanksgiving... dinner. The waitress was terrible she was rushing around from table to table barely stopping to pay proper attention to hercustomers. First thing she brought out meal. But no chicken on my brothers plate. Then no dressing. Then bought him the wrongpie. I order Green Tea and they were out so she brought me Earl Grey without asking me ahead of time if I wanted to have adifferent tea. Then she didn't bring the chocolates that came with the meal. This is my brothers favorite Swiss Chalet but hewasn't happy either. We tipped her too much. She barely spent more the a rushed minute talking to us. And asked how things werewhile she was walking away to ask the other table the same but not waiting for their answers. The food is fine however the floors are very slippery and greasy. These folks need to use some soap when cleaning the floor.... It's inmy opinion quite risky for falling. The staff are very kind and helpful. Read more
I order thru uber eats and all they sent me was bone, very disappointing
Swiss Chalet has added roast beef meals on top of their signature chicken dishes, and this location has been well maintained. I... was pleased to find they have free parking on the weekends (asked before parking - it is tucked right behind the restaurant),and our server was fantastic. Had not been to a SC in years. She is naturally gifted... her personality is genuine charming calming pleasant and professional. Ilda is what customer service is about. Nowadays it?sreally hard to create that moment and for us is always magic every time we go to dine in. I don't like the new menu. And honestly theres way to much on the menu now. Swiss chalet should stick to what they did best and... that was make a good rotisserie chicken dinner. Its just not as good as it once was. Read more
Swiss chalet is always my favorite food. My husband and I was dinning in this location last night. What we like the server was... very nice and kind. The chicken and ribs tasted delicious. We will definitely come back again. Read more
Just a regular Swiss Chalet. I usually had a moderate experience here. However, the dishes felt a little too salty (not the... sauce, which does give you a salt hangover lol) for my taste. I remember the restaurant's lighting being much darker years ago,but it seems to have changed, which I like better! Read more
