I visit NYF often because of their nacho fries. They literally fill me up so good and they are so scrumptious i just can never... get enough. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I personally remember speaking with Aryan and I have to mention theservice was so amazing and quick. He must really be a skilled employee. Update: back again for lunch and this time was the usual excellent. Fries were perfect. Delicious. Service was great. Thank you!... (Food Court must get the trays back though.) Update: oops NYF, today?s (Sun. Aug. 28th) visit went downhill. Cashier great, butserver just handed me the fries then thought that was it. I told her it was an order for here. She put a fork in fries and a fewketchup packs (not enough) on counter. I asked for a tray. She said no trays anymore (what? how ridiculous). She then thoughtthat was it. It was not especially busy at that particular time. I waited, then I asked what about the drink I ordered? She saidwhat was it? I told her. She got it. She was not friendly and did not apologize for anything. I then had to carry my shopping,the fries, the drink, etc. to the table without a tray to help out. Not easily done! Fries good but not up to usual standard,half were the small overcooked crispy slivers which are great but only when just a small amount. Disappointed. It was onlyearlier this month that service was great! Fries delicious. Please take note. You and this food court have been one of the best.Thank you. Brings back nice memories. Restaurant offers delicious poutine with a lot of varieties to try. Veg poutine and Nacho poutine are one of my favourites.... Fries are well cooked, crunchy and tastes fresh. Restaurant staff is very friendly. All Poutine sizes are decent for its price,and Large size is good for 2 persons. Read more
First time trying new york fries, I got butter chicken poutine, the butter chicken gravy was horrible, as an Indian I wish I... hadn?t tasted it! It tasted like a ginger garlic curry, there obviously no butter chicken taste nor flavour nor chicken in thisgravy! I paid $10 for nothing, I had to throw it. You need to upgrade your butter chicken poutine or just remove it from themenu! I wish I ate 10 chicken nuggets from Mc D instead! Read more
