I ordered a sandwhich while on lunch. It took an hour to get it! I called after 45 minutes and was told that the delivery driver... hasn't even left yet. I was only 2 miles away. I get that they are short staffed but they could have called to tell me it wasgoing to be late. By the time I got it my lunch break was already over. Read more

It's hard to not give a Jimmy John's five stars. Their stuff is amazingly fresh every time, it's so fast, and let's be honest,... people there they always smile. They have very simple jobs, it's not too mundane, and they really enjoy what they do. Or theyjust don't hate it like everybody else hates their jobs. This place is pretty darn good. Read more
