I've only ordered out of this location never eat in but I can gladly say this has become my family's new favorite pizza! Has not... disappointed. My first contact with a Pizza Chicago Style. And I liked it very much. The Pizza is amazing and two pizza are enough for 7 seven... people if you take the middle sized version. We don't have something like this in Germany. Thanks for this experience. I lovedit. Read more
Beat Chicago deep dish pizza I ever had. It was so fun to pull the cheese. It goes on forever and ever. Our server was really... sweet. Do get there before you become hungry as they make the pizzas from scratch and it takes like 40 minutes. Worth the waitthough. So worth it. Read more

Coming from New York I've always believed that we had the best pizza in the states, but my mind has changed. The deep dish that... I had was absolutely sensational. All I kept saying to myself was how can I get some of this when I get back home. The servicewas also great. Highly recommend coming here for a deep dish pizza. Read more
This is the first time I had a deep dish pizza and I am not impressed. Not saying that all deep dish pizza is unworthy, didn't... sample a substantial amount to make any claims. I will definitely try other deep dish pizza from other places. My opinion isabout Giordano's deep dish pizza only. The crust at the bottom was hard. Pizza lacked flavor. It needed help, it neededseasoning. I added crushed pepper, salt, and ground pepper, which helped a little, but these cannot elevate yourexperience. You get a lot of food for your money. We ordered the small pizza, described to serve 2-3 people, and that isaccurate. Three people will easily be full with 6 slices from the small pizza, with or without the appetizer. It was writtenthat you need to wait 45 minutes for the deep dish pizza and "it's so worth it". It did take 45 minutes, but it was not worth itfor me. My partner liked it a little better than I did. The food - stuffed pizza! was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and superb. The manager has no idea what he's doing.... First off, my wife called ahead, as per the instructions given to us earlier. The employee on the phone this time said theirmanager told them not to accept call ahead orders, even though there was no wait. So my wife clarified "Your manager wants us totake up a table for 40 minutes?" After a pause, the answer was "Yes" - as a former server myself, I thankfully never had amanager that didn't care about my time. But that's fine. We went in, drank free refills for 40 minutes and the pizza was great.As we were about to leave, I noticed a couple near us had coffee - and the white mugs with the red logo looked sweet, so I askedour server if they sell them. He left to check with...you guessed it...the manager. Our server sheepishly reported back to usthat they do indeed sell them, but that the manager was simply too busy to help us. My brother is a GM and has managed at morethan one nice establishment and was shocked by both comments regarding the manager - No customer service and leaving servers outto dry. He doesn't put his employees first, or the customers, so I guess we know who the manager does put first. Read more
