Took an hour and a half to get through the drive through :/ drove in about 12:10 and left at 1:54. Food was still good, but... absolutely wild how long the line took. For context, I was locked in, couldn't get out, and the line wasn't really that long.Just took cars a while to get through. I'm sure the specific location has its reasons, but really was ridiculous for "fast food"wait time to be so long. Read more
I don?t know who manages this store but it seems like no one does. Our to-go orders are wrong 10 out of 10 times. I have to go... through 4-5 bags of food every time just to make sure we get everything we paid for. Never fails- we don?t. DO NOT pay on theapp- if they are out of something you order they either just leave it out and don?t tell you or just say sorry and don?t try tocompensate with something of equal value. Refund? Never gonna happen. If you want Whataburger take a 10 minute drive west and goto the one that actually tries to get it right. Read more
I've eaten here many, many times. The food has always been good. today however the staff honestly seemed completely baked on... weed. We made an online order because we were at the softball fields and in a hurry. When we arrived only the front counter hadour order and not the kitchen. So, we waited. Then they only gave us part of our order. But instead of acknowledging us at thecounter they kept asking the people behind us if they would like to order, as if we weren't there. then they all went back intothe kitchen for a while. So, we waited longer. I was seriously looking for the hidden camera and waiting to be told I wasgetting punked. But it was the glassy eyed, blank faced employees that convinced me they were stoned. Don?t go to this place. I waited almost 30 minutes in line and after I got my food was ALL wrong. A dry hamburger with just... meat and nothing else. What a disappointment, after a long day, very hungry and far from home. So sad people don?t care anymore.I couldn?t go back the place had lots of car all around the parking lot no way of return. Burger was delicious but fries were unexpectedly luke-warm. For waiting 10minutes after ordering I would've thought they'd have... been hot and fresh! Workers were very friendly though. Read more
I?ve given the location 3 or 4 second chances at this point. I would rather drive to White Settlement now. Every time we?ve... gone here we have waited an unreasonable amount of time in the drive through. I?m talking 30+ minutes during non rush hours withonly a couple cars in front of us. Earlier this week, we waited 45 minutes to get our food and when the person finally got to usfor payment I had to give her my order again because ?the system deleted all the orders.? I wasn?t shocked when they completelymessed up the order and gave us no straws. This is consistently the worst Whataburger I?ve ever been to. Read more
Drive thru is a nightmare. 45 minutes at 11am. 2 lanes merge into 1 after they take your order and once you get to the window... "please pull to the curb" while several cars who were behind you get their meal Whataburger is good food, but I could have goneto a sit down restaurant and got my meal by now. Still waiting Read more
