I had a excellent experience here. Nino's Pizzarama has some delicious, freshly made pizza. You can taste the natural herbs they... seasoned with. I tried garlic knots, few style of slices of pizza and buffalo wings. The workers are friendly, upbeat, calm andrespectful. It was clean and had excellent customer service interaction with customers. I?ve been a customer for over 35 years. I?ve never gotten a bad meal. Outstanding food and service consistently all the time.... But I have to give a special shout out to the sausage roll. It is an entire meal and almost too reasonably priced. The last timeI was in, I picked up two and it came to less than $10. I could barely finish one. I ate at Nino?s on Saturday, June 25. I ordered a large sausage pizza and picked up two drinks from the fridge when I arrived at... Nino?s. I paid at the restaurant using a credit card. Upon reviewing my receipt, I saw that I was charged for chicken fingers,a large sausage pizza, and 2 special slices. However, I did not order or receive chicken fingers or 2 special slices. I onlyreceived the large sausage pizza with the total being close to $43. I understand being mistakenly given the wrong order, but Idid not receive the chicken fingers or the 2 special slices. Nino?s was not busy when I picked up my pizza, so I don?tunderstand how the employee working did not see that I was being charged for items I didn?t receive. Look? I never complain. I know we?re dealing with hard times and all that? but there?s no meat on this cheesesteak. It looks... like there?s one single scoop of meat in here. If you?re gonna sell a cheesesteak, I?d suggest at least giving your customer anactual cheesesteak and not 20% meat and 80% bread. Used to eat here but unfortunately Nino sent our tiramisu with visual mold on the top. When I called to report the issues Nino?s... response was ?whatever?? I did not get a sorry just a whatever. Wow terrible customer service, and could careless about makinghis serving unsafe food to his clients. Since Nino didn?t care or believe me, I have included the photo of the moldy desert.
